MS Technology, Inc. in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership across nuclear, industrial, and DOE projects. You will act as senior technical authority, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in regulated environments, with a track record of delivering complex facility and infrastructure initiatives and experience in security clearance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited institution.
10+ years leading complex engineering and government/nuclear projects.
10+ years in engineering leadership or program management.
Professional Engineer licensure required with multidisciplinary oversight.
Experience in regulated environments (DOE/NNSA, nuclear, defense).
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for nuclear, industrial, and DOE projects.
Serve as senior engineering authority for design integrity and quality.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and process engineering.
Establish and enforce engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
Review deliverables, calculations, and design documentation for compliance.
Interface with clients, regulators, vendors, and stakeholders on technical matters.
Support proposal development, estimating, and business development.
