Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 16+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with fewer years.
• U.S. Citizenship with active Secret clearance; Top Secret potential.
• 12+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams on missile/aerospace programs.
• Experience with MBSE, PLM/CAD, configuration management, and DoD standards.
• Strong communication and leadership across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership for missile design, development, integration and test.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary IPTs delivering technical direction.
• Own end-to-end system design, verification, MBSE, and software/hardware integration.
• Maintain the technical baseline and schedule; track KPIs and KPPs.
• Chair major technical reviews and liaison with customer, subcontractors, and leadership.
