Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 25%).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Proficient with Excel.
- Comfortable wearing PPE and respirator as needed.
- Previous experience in QA/QC environments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in formulation, testing, and analysis of paint products.
- Travel to customer sites to support technical needs and provide product expertise.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all testing and quality procedures.
- Utilize Excel to analyze and record lab data.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including consistent use of PPE and respirator when required.
