The role emphasizes building and maintaining fast search and analytics across large chemical databases, developing agentic AI workflows, and collaborating with technical leaders on expert projects in drug development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or related field.
• PhD preferred with 2+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong expertise in cheminformatics toolkits and large database search.
• Experience applying machine learning to drug analytics.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical CRDMO industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enable efficient search and analytics across large chemical databases and datasets.
• Develop and apply agentic AI solutions for drug and pipeline analytics.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in computational chemistry and ML for drug development and market analytics.
• Communicate and work effectively with technical leaders on complex, expert-level projects.
