Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join the Asset Care team at an APM site. You will drive enterprise-wide reliability, asset performance, and maintenance excellence across multiple sites, standardizing processes, and leveraging data to improve safety and uptime.

You will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT/OT to implement best practices, build reliability competency, and lead RCA investigations to eliminate systemic failures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
• 7–10+ years of reliability engineering/asset performance experience.
• Experience implementing reliability programs across multiple sites.
• Strong expertise in reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Strong analytical skills with reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, asset availability).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize enterprise reliability strategies and governance.
• Lead RCA for recurring issues and drive improvement roadmaps.
• Standardize preventive and predictive maintenance across asset classes.
• Develop dashboards for enterprise asset performance (MTBF, MTTR, availability).
