Job summary

Corden Pharma is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to design and improve processes for complex small molecules, peptides, and APIs. You will lead lab-scale development, scale-up, and technology transfers, providing leadership for large projects and process optimization.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Chemical Engineering with 7+ years in pharmaceutical or fine chemicals manufacturing, and strong knowledge of cGMPs, safety, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering required with 7 years in pharma or fine chemicals.
• Experience in process development and scale-up for API production.
• Knowledge of cGMP, safety and regulatory standards.
• Ability to author SOPs and support tech transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab-scale development and scale-up to kilo- and full production.
• Support manufacturing with SOPs, PSI packages, and process models.
• Manage technology transfers between sites and implement innovations.
• Participate in process validation and compliance activities.
• Identify cost-saving and quality-improving process improvements.
