Job summary

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of relevant experience, a GED, and a forklift license. Training and ongoing development are emphasized as part of a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Reaction chemistry experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred; Hazwoper 24 hr certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes to manufacture products throughout the facility.
• Lead training and mentoring for Chemical Operators and drive improvements.
• Coordinate staging of raw materials and use of logistics support.
• Follow production operating instructions and update procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Accurately add and record the required material amounts.
• Ensure products meet quality criteria and perform in-process testing.
• Gather and record operating data and monitor batch progress.
