Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience and/or training in chemical operations.
• Reaction chemistry experience required.
• Forklift license is required.
• Hazwoper 24 hr certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes to manufacture products per written instructions and formulations.
• Lead training and mentoring of Chemical Operators and support efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate staging of raw materials and use of logistics support.
• Follow production instructions and update procedures for safety and efficiency gains.
• Record material usage and ensure quality criteria are met.
• Ensure equipment safety and assist in safety and emergency response.
