• Manage, train, and develop lab associates on manufacturing procedures, test methods, and chemical safety.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement, process optimization, capacity expansion, and cost savings for manufacturing processes.
• Author, review, and approve technical documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Author and approve lab investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with EHS to enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards and conduct safety audits.
• Manage budget and track spending on labor, supplies, instrument service contracts, and testing.
• Evaluate equipment upgrades and new technologies for future manufacturing needs.
• Comply with laws and Quality Management System requirements; uphold ethics and integrity.
