Job summary

You will lead lab testing, validate raw materials, and develop next-generation urethane systems to support new products and growth, while improving throughput and reducing cycle times across operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering required.
• 3–15+ years of experience with urethane formulation and/or processing.
• Elastomer experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize urethane formulations to improve quality, repeatability, and manufacturing performance.
• Lead lab testing and validation of raw materials before production.
• Use lab equipment that mirrors production to identify and resolve material and process issues.
• Develop next-generation urethane systems to support new products and growth.
• Provide ongoing technical support to manufacturing, improving throughput and reducing cycle times.
• Support raw material sourcing and qualification of secondary sources.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and leadership on process improvements.
