Placements24 is seeking a versatile Chemical Engineer to join their Special Projects team in a hybrid role. You will drive innovative solutions for diverse projects from concept to completion and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop process designs, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare comprehensive project documentation. A minimum of 5 years in project engineering or process development is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or process development.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Develop process designs, feasibility studies, and technical specifications for new initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project-specific challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and R&D.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and final documentation.
