Qualifications

• Five years Kitchen Management and/or training.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food production and operations.
• Supervise a team of 30-50 employees and 3 Sous Chefs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
