Job summary

Arrow International seeks a Senior Compliance Counsel to oversee charitable gaming regulatory and compliance activities from our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. The role requires a licensed attorney with gaming law experience, managing a team and coordinating with regulators across markets.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive compliance program, monitoring regulatory developments, and providing legal guidance on new products and market expansions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required, with ability to license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive charitable gaming compliance program across jurisdictions.
• Oversee regulatory monitoring, filings, and liaison with regulators.
• Oversee responsible gaming initiatives and self-exclusion programs as applicable.
• Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
