Neier Inc. is seeking a Sr. Test and Validation Engineer to join the Charging & Energy Product Development team in California. In this critical role, you will develop and maintain the validation plan for innovative charging systems, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and ensure successful testing outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in validation efforts within the electrical product field. A competitive salary ranging from $98,500 to $123,100 is offered, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading validation efforts in high-power electrical product field.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD-50G, UL 2202.
• Exposure to ISO 17025, ILAC, or A2LA Laboratory accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end validation plan.
• Work with engineering teams to understand test requirements.
• Design and modify test fixtures and instrumentation.

Skills

Hands-on hardware testing

Test planning and execution

Technical communication

Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet

Experience with medium and high voltage systems

Education

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
