Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading validation efforts in high-power electrical product fields.
• Experience working with medium and high voltage systems up to 1000 VDC.
• Exposure to industry standards such as MIL-STD-50G, UL 2202, UL 2594.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end validation plan of Rivian's Charging & Energy products.
• Work closely with software and hardware teams to understand test requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and support hands-on technical root cause analysis.
