Job summary

Oracle, a leader in cloud and AI solutions, is hiring a SR Configuration Analyst in the Kansas City area for a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office. You will perform complex configuration work for Oracle Health Charge Services, operate with independence, and collaborate across project teams while adhering to Oracle methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree, strong communication skills, and US citizenship to meet security

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant functional or technical experience including knowledge of the Oracle Health Charge Services product(s).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness.
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders.
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration.
• Complete complex system configurations independently.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools.
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues.
• Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify new ones.
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting.
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide training as needed.
