Job summary

Oracle is seeking a SR Configuration Analyst for a hybrid role near Kansas City, MO. The candidate will independently perform complex configuration tasks, mentor others, and ensure solutions align with Oracle methodologies. US citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

The role combines data analysis, design recommendations, and hands-on configuration work across consulting projects, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Charge Services product(s).
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.

We are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate position will require solution knowledge in Charge Services and cross train in the other solution. It requires the ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE SO MUST RESIDE NEAR THE KANSAS CITY MO LOCATION AS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 1 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 - $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 - $132,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
