Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer and document medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Record time spent on treatments in the medication/treatment record.
• Assess residents' responses and notify physicians of adverse effects.
• Inform residents and families about plans, orders, and potential side effects.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs per policies.
