ATS Scientific Products is searching for a Sr Channel Manager to join the team!

The Sr. Channel Manager is responsible for driving sales of the Scientific Products Labware and Glassware portfolio. This position will lead our channel partner strategy and go-to-market initiatives within the territories of Canada and the United States. The Sr. Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales growth, profitability goals, and market share expansion in line with company objectives. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Global Sales and is remote, located anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key personnel at strategic channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  2. Manage joint planning processes with partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  3. Assess and develop channel performance, select appropriate channels, and adjust strategies for profitable growth.
  4. Respond to the needs of channel partners and end customers, managing a team of four Field Account Managers to support Tier I channel partners.
  5. Set goals and priorities for the team, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded, and provide coaching as needed.
  6. Coordinate with cross-divisional teams to meet performance objectives and partner expectations.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and strategic objectives within the assigned territory.
  8. Analyze local markets, channels, and competitors for strategic decision-making.
  9. Represent the division at events, customer visits, and tradeshows.
  10. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
  11. Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and regulations.
  12. Travel estimated at 30%-50% within the region.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  2. 5+ years of channel management experience, preferably in life sciences and laboratory products.
  3. Experience managing teams.
  4. Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  6. Must pass a background check.

  3. Develop strategic partnership and growth plans.
  4. Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
  5. Complete training and development objectives on time.
