Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a change management leader to plan and execute enterprise-wide change initiatives in the Vienna/Pensacola/Winchester area. You will develop strategies, assess readiness, mentor staff, and collaborate across HR, Communications, and PMO teams to align with enterprise priorities.

The role emphasizes leading complex change programs, applying ADKAR/Kotter frameworks, and delivering trainings to build capability among leaders and frontline employees.

Qualifications

Overview

Facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and training strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Lead change management efforts for complex projects and strategic initiatives, applying advanced frameworks and influencing stakeholder alignment.
