Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems aligned with business goals.
The role requires 7+ years in change management, expertise in governance and transformation, and a strong executive presence to advise senior leadership across programs. On-site in Vienna, VA, with a focus on training and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate successful enterprise transformation initiatives by planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Assess change impacts, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and partner with stakeholders to identify and support training needs. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working. Serve as a senior organizational change management practitioner supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and organizational goals. Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to support organizational agility, readiness, and adoption. Recognized for change management expertise and contributions to the field.
