Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to plan, implement, and sustain large-scale change initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will partner with HR, Communications, and PMO to align executive messaging, assess readiness, mentor teams, and deliver training to leaders and front-line staff, driving adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management or related field.
• Deep knowledge of change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter).
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change.

Lead change management efforts for complex projects and strategic initiatives, applying advanced frameworks and influencing stakeholder alignment.

• Conduct change readiness and adoption assessments.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Lead change retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and PMO teams.
• Drive alignment across multi business units and ensure change strategies support enterprise priorities and stakeholder readiness
• Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related field.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization.
• Strategic communication.

• Change risk mitigation.

• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Strong leadership and influence skills.
• Experience managing change in large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced stakeholder influence techniques.
• Experience with AI-enabled change tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or MBA.
• Prosci or equivalent certification.
