• Effectively collaborates with project management and process improvement subject matter experts to align change management recommendations with the project plan.
• Facilitates workshops on change management topics.
• Clearly communicates the status of change management efforts to key stakeholders.
• Develops complex and tailored communication plans to enhance and support change management efforts, in partnership with Internal Communications, Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources, EDI, etc.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Change Management Office (CMO) in the assessment and management of change management efforts at the system level and at the project level. Provide training to create a culture of change management. Plan, direct, and coordinate large to medium change management efforts in various functional areas within or across several locations. Typically reports to the Network Performance Team - Performance Improvement (NPT-PI) Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.

Licenses / Certifications:

Change Management certification required; Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Five (5) years of Change Management experience required; experience in healthcare preferred.
