Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Change Leader to guide enterprise transformations in an AI-enabled, data-driven environment. You will design and lead change programs, shape governance, and partner with clients to embed GenAI responsibly while driving adoption and business outcomes.

You will apply data analytics to inform decisions, coach leaders, and help organizations reinvent operating models where humans and digital tools collaborate at speed and scale. Travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformational change management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions and scalable journeys, using Generative AI to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality and impact.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to continuously adapt as technology evolves.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
