Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Change Management and Communications leader to shape how change happens across the home office. You will design and lead end-to-end change and communication strategies for high-impact initiatives, partnering with leaders to align efforts and mitigate risks.

You will craft multi‑channel messaging, drive stakeholder confidence, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact across enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or related fields.
• Strong project and content ownership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, AP style/Smart Brevity preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, Prosci or equivalent certification preferred.
• Background in multi-channel messaging strategies.
• Ability to interpret stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables.

Responsibilities
