Job summary

Wellcom's HOME production ecosystem is seeking a CGI Supervisor to oversee all 3D CGI quality from concept to final delivery. You will define pipelines, lead diverse artists, and drive AI-enabled workflow improvements to maximize efficiency and consistency.

The role requires directing look development, lighting, rendering, and asset management while ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphics fields.
• 8+ years in CGI/VFX with leadership experience.
• Proven end-to-end CGI pipeline management.
• Strong expertise in modeling, lighting, rendering, shading, animation, and compositing.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and optimize the CGI production pipeline for scalable delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary CGI teams across art and technology domains.
• Troubleshoot complex CGI production challenges and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with AI developers, pipeline engineers, and production teams to improve workflows.
• Ensure deliverables meet client vision, brand standards, and technical specs.
