Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 8+ years of CGI, digital design, or creative production experience.
• Proven leadership of creative teams on large-scale CGI projects.
• Strong portfolio with photorealistic CGI work.
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for CGI projects from concept to delivery.
• Define visual style, quality standards, and creative vision for digital content.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Teams, Production, and AI Developers.
• Provide art direction and mentorship across modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Review work and provide feedback to maintain high quality.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools and enhance CGI workflows with HOME technologies.
• Ensure brand guideline consistency while encouraging innovation.
• Balance artistic excellence with production timelines and objectives.
• Present concepts and visuals to stakeholders and clients.
• Stay informed on emerging CGI tech and AI advancements.
