Job summary

Stout is seeking a Director to lead Carve-Out/Separation engagements within the CFO Services group. You will drive transaction execution across buy-side and sell-side processes, coordinate integration and separation workstreams, and deliver client-ready analyses and recommendations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, diligence support, and strategic operating-model development. You will mentor teams, develop execution plans, and partner with PE sponsors and corporate clients to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior role.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution engagements for buy-side and sell-side deals.
• Manage integration and separation workstreams across deal lifecycle.
• Develop Day 1 and end-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IMO/SMO governance.
• Prepare executive-level client deliverables and presentations.
• Support diligence with analyses of costs, synergies, and stand-alone structures.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to methodology development.
