Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our CFO Advisory team. This role focuses on helping clients modernize finance and operations through ERP and CFO technology strategy, including SAP modernization and roadmap development.

The candidate will mentor junior consultants, lead workstreams, and contribute to technology diligence for M&A, with travel up to 50% and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including prior consulting experience.
• Functional consulting experience supporting the front-end work of an SAP modernization program.
• Functional experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of finance and business processes.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior team members and demonstrating leadership within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across ERP and CFO technology strategy engagements, including current-state assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Support CFO and business leaders on ERP and ancillary technology strategies, including technology selection and sourcing recommendations.
• Serve as a functional SAP advisor supporting SAP modernization roadmaps and ERP architecture assessments.
• Translate business requirements into practical recommendations across processes, organization, applications, vendors, and implementation approaches.
• Support M&A transactions through technology diligence, merger integration, carve-out and separation planning.
