Job summary

Cadence is seeking a senior leader to guide a Cradle CFD team in Virginia, delivering technical support, training, and successful project implementations for automotive, electronics, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors. You will drive technical exchanges with customers and the sales team, including demos and POC validation, while expanding the reach of CFD solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, has 10+ years of Cradle CFD experience, and demonstrates

Qualifications

Master's degree in fluid dynamics, thermal or related engineering fields.
10+ years of Cradle CFD simulation or related engineering experience.
Experience leading a team and coordinating with sales and customers.
Excellent communication skills in English; willingness to travel for on-site support.

Responsibilities

Lead the team for Cradle CFD technical support, customer training and project implementation, helping customers establish efficient simulation workflows.
Collaborate with sales for technical discussions, solution presentations, product demos, POC validation and project promotion.
Support CFD applications including fluid flow, heat transfer, electronic cooling, automotive thermal management, HVAC, lubrication and aeroacoustics.
Prepare technical proposals, analytic reports, training materials and industry best practice cases.
Deeply understand customer needs and drive product optimization with R&D and product teams.
Participate in industry conferences, user meetings and marketing activities to elevate Cradle CFD's industry impact.
