Qualifications

• 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including data centers, power generation, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFD models on innovative site designs and existing ones.
• Drive process improvements across the organization.
• Provide reports to senior leadership on CFD results.
• Perform water use calculations for site requirements.
• Coordinate with global ME teams to align CFD standards.
• Identify optimization opportunities in current data center designs.
• Define and participate in projects focused on next-generation data centers.
• Influence mechanical design and construction of new data centers.
• Understand Total Cost of Ownership and ROI in design decisions.
• Collaborate with IT hardware teams to optimize interfaces with facilities.
• Manage CFD project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Record and report key metrics to the team.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for data center issues and implement corrective actions.
