Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA II) for night shift to support nursing care and operate as receptionist for patients and visitors. The role requires WA CNA license, BLS, and 1 year CNA experience; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.
This position participates in patient-focused, whole-person care and provides support to nursing unit operations under supervision.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Full-time, Night shift, 36 hours a week
The Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAII) functions within their scope of practice under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist in providing care and implementing delegated activities of the nursing plan. This position demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s). In addition, under the general direction of the Nursing Unit management team, supports the operations of the nursing unit by serving as the receptionist / Concierge for patients and visitors, answering incoming phone calls and call lights, monitoring supply inventory and ordering and stocking supplies.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
