Job Summary:

Responsible for repair and maintenance of CNC machinery and equipment to support manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including CNC grinders, lathes, mills, heat treatment furnaces, and manual machining tools.
• Identify and plan repairs or improvements; lead overhaul, upgrade, or improvement projects.
• Serve as an advanced resource for troubleshooting, repairs, and training junior team members.
• Assist with scheduled Preventative Maintenance and inspections.
• Handle chemicals and oils, including hazardous wastes, following safety protocols.
• Maintain maintenance records, report issues, and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Support overtime work as needed.

Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of electrical concepts and industrial controls.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools.

Education & Experience:

• Trade/technical certification preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 years of machine maintenance or related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and other physical activities.

Additional Information:

Pay Range: $34.30 - $42.88/hr DOE

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status required.
