Qualifications

• Multiple years of Service Technician experience required.
• Must possess basic mechanic tools necessary to complete maintenance work.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs work on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnoses, maintains and repairs vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicates with Service Advisor about any additional service and provides time estimates.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
• Provides video inspections of findings for customers.
