Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience as a Certified Appraiser.
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license preferred.
• Knowledge of USPAP and state/federal financial industry regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide credible appraisals following USPAP for internal and external clients.
• Produce concise reports supporting market values of properties.
• Complete monthly/annual benchmark studies to support lending functions.
• Develop and grow an external book of business.
• Inspect subject properties and verify attributes when applicable.
