Job summary

ISACA seeks a senior professional to manage certification governance, ensuring ISO/IEC 17024:2026 compliance and robust exam integrity. You will lead policy-driven improvements, coordinate with Legal, Cybersecurity, IT and product teams, and drive accreditation readiness worldwide.

You will oversee audits, risk assessments, and KPI reporting, while guiding cross-functional teams in credentialing operations. Occasional travel to HQ in Schaumburg, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Law, Certification, Risk or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document risk scenarios and design, test controls to mitigate impact.
• Governance and continuous improvement of Certification Policies and Procedures Manual for ISO/IEC 17024:2026.
• Coordinate ANSI accreditation documentation and surveillance activities with internal stakeholders.
• Update certification-control documents and verify alignment with policy changes.
• Conduct compliance reviews of the certification management system for ISO/IEC 17024:2026.
• Oversee investigations into suspected fraudulent cases and report findings to stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven certification compliance metrics and risk reports to governance bodies.
• Support audits and maintain accreditation readiness across ISACA certifications.
• Manage the Preventive and Corrective Actions Tracking process and CAPA workflows.
