Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Senior Capacity Management Application Analyst to join our EHR Team. The role focuses on implementing, managing, and modernizing the Cerner Capacity Management Application, advising on workflows and design to meet project goals.

The Senior Analyst will coordinate with clients and internal teams to map processes, monitor status, and ensure alignment with CHS standards while mentoring junior staff and supporting modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in application analysis, system configuration, or IT solution delivery.
• 6-10 years direct application experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, build, test and resolve issues with Cerner Capacity Management Applications.
• Identify, report and escalate risks and issues to leadership; advise on data collection and system design requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share configuration status and project updates; verify configuration requests.
