Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering; or the equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT configuration required.
• Strong understanding of application design, configuration, and testing practices.
• Ability to analyze system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, build, test and resolve issues with and maintain the Cerner Pharmacy Application(s).
• Resolves complex problems that involve various groups across functional lines and develops processes and success factors.
• Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
• Consult with internal teams to share configuration status, timelines, and updates.
• Stay up to date on Cerner best practices for continuous modernization of the EHR.
