Qualifications

• Three months of experience providing direct services to aging population or diverse groups; or equivalent training.
• PA residency required; preference for Carbon County residents.
• Veterans' preference applies per PA law.

Responsibilities

• Design activities, educational events, and nutritional programs for seniors.
• Coordinate services: arrange food deliveries, donations, and weekly meal packing for homebound seniors.
• Lead daily programs, coordinate speakers, and assist with lunch service.
• Manage transportation arrangements for seniors who do not drive.
• Track attendance and evaluate programs in required systems.
