• Must attain ServSafe Certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, serve lunch meal at assigned congregate nutrition meal site.
• Clean and wash equipment used in the preparation and serving of lunch meal.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work area.
• Establish good rapport with senior center participants and volunteers.
• Complete weekly and monthly paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
