Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Cement Technician to join our industrial operations in Missouri. The role emphasizes operation, housekeeping and maintenance of the cement plant, with a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 5 years in heavy industrial manufacturing, plus solid mechanical aptitude and teamwork. You will work outdoors, across shifts, contributing to a culture of safety within the plant.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights and in dusty, confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and assist with housekeeping of the cement plant.
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks including basic mechanical work and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use Amrize PPE properly.
• Work in a team-based environment across shifts as required.
