Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analyst to exploit and analyze CEM documents and media. You will apply advanced analytics to identify enemy capabilities for target development and warning, and to produce all-source intelligence products for DoD and IC stakeholders.

You will lead and quality-check analyses across SSE, data-at-rest, and regional studies, coordinating with multiple intelligence organizations and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Exploit and analyze CEM related documents and media.
• Identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics for target development and warning.
• Produce intelligence products and collaborate with DoD/IC on forecasts and assessments.
• Lead analytical efforts in SSE, data-at-rest, and regional/geo-political analyses.
• Ensure quality control of intelligence products and interface with other organizations.
