Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science with 4+ years of industry experience, or advanced degree with no prior experience.
• Experience with cGMP and data integrity in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end manufacturing operations for mAb drug substance across multiple areas.
• Manage documentation and cGMP expectations for each product life cycle phase.
• Troubleshoot single-use technology (SUT) and ensure compliant operation.
• Monitor processes using data trending and SPC; escalate issues as needed.
• Author and review controlled documents for equipment and processes.
