Job summary

SHADOW is seeking a Sr. Influencer Manager in Los Angeles to lead strategic influencer initiatives and mentor junior staff. The role emphasizes influencer data, creative strategy, and effective communication across client teams.

The candidate should have 6+ years of agency or in-house experience, with a focus on delivering impactful campaigns, managing relationships, and driving results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of influencer data, analytics, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding deal terms, project updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Create and manage budgets and billing processes with accuracy and minimal oversight.
• Develop and execute effective strategic plans with little to no edits or supervision, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Lead campaigns from talent strategy and casting through contracting, content execution, reporting, and recaps.
