Zusammenfassung

DRMP is seeking a CEI Senior Inspector to perform complex field surveying, construction layout, and inspections in Lake City, FL. You will coordinate lower-level inspectors and review engineering computations, with emphasis on DOT roadway/bridge projects.

The position requires strong documentation, field testing, and coordination with contractors and utility owners. A valid driver’s license and CTQP certifications are required or in progress.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of DOT roadway/bridge inspection experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Required CTQP certifications: Concrete Field Inspector I, Earthwork I/II, Asphalt Roadway I/II, Advanced MOT, Final Estimates I.

Aufgaben

• Daily documentation of contractor work efforts.
• Coordinate project with field personnel and utility owners.
• Prepare project field books and density logs.
• Sample and test materials as needed.
• Assist with Final Estimates package preparation.
• Measure distances to verify construction layouts.
• Verify levels and elevations for activities and installations.
• Observe ongoing work to ensure compliance with specs.
• Collect material samples for laboratory testing.
• Inspect workmanship and document quantities.
• Maintain a daily construction and inspection log.
• Support roadway, bridge, segmental, survey, and environmental work.
