Job summary

ETM Inc. is seeking a Sr. CEI Inspector to oversee contractor work, ensure compliance with FDOT and client quality standards, and manage a team of inspectors. The Senior Inspector will perform advanced field surveying, measurements, and documentation, coordinating activities with the Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of FDOT CEI experience, CTQP certification across multiple disciplines, and strong reporting and supervisory skills. Occasional overtime and field work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years FDOT experience on CEI projects (soil, concrete, steel, bridges).
• Knowledge of FDOT construction administration; MAC, BlueBeam, Hummingbird, Site Manager.
• CTQP Certification in Asphalt, Concrete, Earthwork, pile driving and drilled shafts is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex field surveying and construction layout.
• Inspect construction work and verify adherence to specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage lower-level inspectors and report progress to PM.
• Document field activity via field reports and weekly meetings.
