Everest Global Services, Inc. in Warren, NJ, seeks a Senior Ceded Reinsurance Accounting Analyst to manage ceded processing, accounting, analysis, and reporting for the ceded reinsurance portfolio.

This role reports to the AVP, Ceded Reinsurance Accounting (North America) in a hybrid setup. The position combines three days in-office and two remote, with responsibilities spanning accounts preparation, reconciliations, contract interpretation, financial reporting support, SOX documentation, and

Competenze

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or business.
• 4-6 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in P&C insurance or reinsurance preferred.
• Strong understanding of ceded reinsurance accounting functions.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with accuracy.

Mansioni

• Lead timely preparation of ceded accounts and bordereau production.
• Manage collection and settlement of balances and cash application.
• Reconcile ceded accounts to the general ledger.
• Interpret complex reinsurance contracts and terms.
• Set up and maintain ceded reinsurance treaties in the system.
• Support GAAP financial reporting and SOX controls.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on ceded accounting.
• Coordinate with reinsurance partners for timely reporting.
