Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) Resident Engineer to supervise the work of technical staff across engineering analysis, highway and structural design, maintenance and traffic engineering. You will lead an inspection team and be responsible for delivering scope, schedule and budget while representing the client before the public and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years CE&I experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
