Job summary

Novo Nordisk in New Jersey seeks an Associate CDP Product Owner Director to lead CX campaign execution and MarTech strategy across HCP and Patient lines. You will drive CDPNBA architecture, orchestrate data-driven campaigns, and oversee vendor relationships.

You will mentor a specialized team, partner with IT, data analytics, and marketing to deliver personalized experiences, measure outcomes, and continuously improve processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field is required.
• 8+ years total marketing experience; advanced degree may substitute for 2 years.
• 5+ years in digital marketing delivery, database marketing, CRM, or account management.
• Minimum of three years leading with CDP and marketing technology.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX campaign design, implementation, and integration of MarTech solutions.
• Drive NBA adoption to enhance customer engagement and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to CX campaign specialists and Martech architects.
• Collaborate with IT, data analytics, and marketing to align initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management and contracts; manage budgets.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and ensure campaign operations efficiency.
• Document processes and maintain operational reports.
