Tidal Basin, a Michael Baker company, seeks a CDBG-DR Housing Subject Matter Expert to lead owner-occupied housing recovery programs for government clients nationwide. You’ll translate HUD requirements into compliant, auditable processes, resolving high‑risk issues and guiding cross‑functional teams.

The role demands a decade of housing/public-sector experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of program design, oversight, and closeout activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in housing, public administration, planning or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive housing/public-sector experience.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and advise executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on housing recovery strategy, program architecture, delivery models, staffing and governance.
• Design or review housing program models including rehabilitation, elevation and mitigation.
• Develop policies, forms, notices, and training materials.
• Provide technical direction on eligibility, income, occupancy, and recapture.
• Coordinate environmental reviews, fair housing, accessibility, and construction standards.
